Inspiring a Love of Reading
Our Library is the heart of Alawa’s learning community. We encourage every student to develop a lifelong love of reading and learning, supported by a wide range of quality literature and engaging resources. Reading for fun and reading for learning are celebrated and promoted across the school.

The Conference Room is also available for hire by community organisations, strengthening our ties with the wider community.

Student Involvement
Our
Library Monitors play an important role in keeping the Library running smoothly. They help shelve books, organise resources, and assist the Library Manager with tasks — building responsibility and pride in their school.
